Somethin Fishy With "The Animal" and "The Hammer"

Last June we talked about the new movie with WWE HOF'ers Greg Valentine and George Steele. Now it looks like it will be hitting the big screen...at least in Florida.

Written and produced by Arte Tedesco of Monkey Fist Productions, Inc. in Orlando, Florida, the trailer of this homegrown project attracted over 1,500 views in the first three days after its posting on www.YouTube.com.

Because of this phenomenal response, Monkey Fist Productions will produce a series of “Webisodes”, which will be available for viewing at www.Somethin-Fishy.org. The movie premiere will be held on Friday, December 5th, 2008 at the Darden Theater in the Orlando Science Center located at 777 East Princeton Street in Downtown Orlando.

Doors open at 7:00 pm with three film showings: One at 8 pm, the second showing at 8:45 pm and the last screening begins at 9:30 pm. Tickets are $10 each and proceeds will benefit Bridges, Inc. a national non-profit organization that cares for people with special needs.

Both George "The Animal" Steele and Greg "the Hammer" Valentine will be on hand that evening and will offer a unique photo opportunity—to have a picture taken with either of these legends of pro-wrestling, or both! The photo will then be printed and autographed on the spot! Additional copies can be ordered through the www.somethin-fishy.org website.

Raffle tickets are also be sold for various prizes, including, commemorative T-Shirts, Souvenirs and Memorabilia, as well as a $1000 certificate towards a Corporate, Training, Commercial or Music Video produced by Monkey Fist Productions. An after-hours party with the cast of the film will also be raffled off.
