* J.R. recently gave incite in his latest blog, as to why Lance Cade was really let go...
"Lance Cade was dismissed from the WWE because, like many humans, he made a major league mistake while utilizing bad judgment that cost him his job. This included Lance having a seizure on an airplane and having to have emergency medial care. Luckily, Lilian Garcia was on the same flight and was instrumental in helping Lance get taken to a hospital where a battery of tests were run that luckily determined that there was nothing seriously wrong with the young man such as a brain tumor, etc.
Everyone makes mistakes, Lord knows I have made plenty in my career, but in this day and time some mistakes just simply can't be condoned. To some fans, Lance Cade will likely still be perceived as the victim in this matter and his punishment too harsh.
Under the circumstances of the situation, I don't know what other decision the WWE could have made. I'm just relieved that it wasn't me in my former role that would have had to address this matter. I really like this kid and hope that he continues to follow his dreams. Second chances are not foreign in the wrestling business so perhaps that could be in Lance's future but that's just a personal observation."
* Word backstage is that Vince McMahon was elated with the way the segment with Johnny and Chris from Jackass, Glamarella, The Great Khali, Big Dick Johnson and Hornswoggle went on this week's RAW.
* If you haven't seen the latest November issue of Maxim with Stacy Keibler gracing the cover...I suggest you pick one(or two) up.
* UFC and Ringside Collectibles debuted their new line of action figures at the Fall Toy Fair in Dallas. Click here to check out Randy Couture and Brock Lesnar in the Octagon.

Afternoon Buzz: Warrior, Hardcore, Keibler and More
- Pictures of the Warrior's appearance/signing before the Great American Bash, full paint and gear, can be viewed here. As can a copy of the letter that the WWE sent to the Warrior in protest of his signing. Funny stuff.
- Two geniuses were arrested after they tried to steal 2 chairs from backstage during the GAB.
"One of the suspects hit the WWE worker over the head with a bottle, then bit him on the back,..."
Really? Biting?
-PWInsider.com reports that WWE management sent Hardcore Holly home after an incident following his match at Night of Champions PPV. He has taken time off the road to take care of personal issues and there's no time frame for his return to the company. This would explain why we haven't seen a feud between him and Rhodes.
- If you're a comic/toy geek and planning on being a part of Comic Con this week in San Diego, former WWE Diva Stacy Keibler will be appearing this Friday, July 25th to promote her upcoming ABC Family mini-series special, "Samurai Girl."
- Tom "Zeus" Lister (The real star of "No Holds Barred") played a prisoner in 'The Dark Knight' film that came out over the weekend and slaughtered the box office.
(They just don't make movies like they used to...thank you Lord.)
- WWE has teamed with Jenny McCarthy and Generation Rescue to raise $100,000 toward autism research leading up to Saturday Night's Main Event on Aug. 2 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.

Afternoon Buzz: Keibler eBay, Killings, Ventura and More
- Stacy Keibler memorabilia(i.e. worn bikinis and other outfits) have raising some nice coin for charity. According to the Orlando Sentinel, all you skid-mark sniffers(you know who you are, and don't say "That's gross" because your freinds are looking over your shoulder) have dropped over two-grand on a combined four items...but you did it for the children.
- Look for Brian Kendrick to get a bodyguard on this weeks Smackdown!.
- WrestlingInc.com is reporting that the brain trusts in Orlando didn't copyright Ron Killings' nickname "The Truth". So, to capitalize on it, WWE plans to have him cut some "truthful" promos when he debuts.
- In Lord Brett Favre like fashion, Jesse Ventura is teasing his return to politics with the July 15th deadline to have his name on the Minnesota Senate ballot approaches(It's the week for ego stoking apparently). As we reported back in May, when he was on his book tour, Ventura had said he might enter the race between (R)Norm Coleman and (D)Al Franken. "...all you Minnesotans, take a good hard look at all three of us, and you decide -- if you were in a dark alley, which one of the three of us would you want with you?" Ventura told National Public Radio.
- Who was the genius that after Atlas DaBone made his debut last week as Atlas Otiz, said, "Hey, lets change his name to Ricky Ortiz - no one will notice!"? But it's ok, all his friends call him Ricky...and why wouldn't they?
-Speaking of ECW, it was nice to finally see Chris "Braden Walker" Harris make his debut.(Nice singlet)
- Does Kane's RAW rant have anything to do with his father that was burried in cement and never heard from again(except for on his blog)?

Morning Buzz - DVD's, Stacy Keibler Auction and More
- Stacy Keibler is selling some of her ring memorabilia on eBay. She will be donating portions of the proceeds to various charities.
- Tonight's Million Dollar Giveaway, reportedly will not be the last. The TV Guide preview is listing the giveaway for the 6/23 Draft edition of RAW as well.
- 'The Life and Times of Mr. Perfect' DVD has a release date of September 9, 2008 and a cover, according to Amazon.com.
The description for the 2-disc: "Curt Hennig was just like his wrestling nickname, "perfect" in every aspect of his wrestling style. He got his start in a wrestling family with his father Larry the Axe Hennig, went through Verne Gagne s training camp, and gained experience in the AWA, reaching the pinnacle as the AWA Heavyweight Champion. But Curt Hennig s biggest spotlight would shine in WWE, when he became Mr. Perfect, a two-time Intercontinental Champion and 2007 inductee in the WWE Hall of Fame."
- Speaking of DVD's and Amazon.com, they're still listing a DVD for 'Randy Savage: Macho Madness (2008)'. According to the site, it's listed as a 3-disc DVD set and will be released on November 18, 2008. A couple of months ago it was said that the WWE scrapped the project. Maybe the people at Amazon are still hoping, as are we all.

Morning Buzz: Busy Weekend
First off, I hate storms and hail. Now that I have that off my chest. Let's start the Buzz...
- WWE.com is reporting that Randy Orton broke his collar bone in last night's match with Triple H at 'One Night Stand'. He was going for the RKO when HHH launched him over the top rope onto the ground where he landed on his side.
- As expected and reported on Friday, Bobby Lashley did appear at the American Fight League event in Atlanta and announced his signing. His first fight will be at the Phillips Arena in Atlanta this October.
- WWE is promoting a press conference scheduled for Tuesday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and will be available to stream on WWE.com
"Along with this blockbuster announcement, the Chairman will further explain his reasons behind Mr. McMahon's million dollar announcement and why he plans on giving away more cash on live television than ever has been done before."
- Time to hand out my 'D-Bag of the Day' award. Today's lucky recipient is Director Patrick Hoelck. TMZ.com is reports:
"Spies on Scott Caan's upcoming film, "Mercy" tell us Stacy Keibler lobbied hard for a scene in which she would expose her breasts.
Then the unthinkable happened! Director Patrick Hoelck nixed the idea!
People on the production team were stunned, lobbying Hoelck for a change of heart. And finally, Hoelck saw two really good reasons why he should change his mind.
Keibler now realizing her rack's worth said no way and declined the role completely."
